TV News - 'Made in Jersey,' 'Homeland,' 'Once Upon a Time' & '90210'

Thursday, July 5 - Today's items include a Ringer star joining CBS' Made in Jersey as a series regular; the details on how Claire Danes' pregnancy will affect production on Homeland; The Celebrity Apprentice could be gearing up for an all-star cycle; Once Upon a Time adds two to its recurring cast; and many more!

  • Kristoffer Polaha (Ringer) is joining the cast of CBS' upcoming legal drama, Made in Jersey, as a series regular. Polaha will play Nolan, a handsome and charming third-year associate at the firm. Though Nolan came of age against a backdrop of private schools and wild getaways in the Hamptons, his dad's squandering of the family fortune means he doesn't have much in the bank. Despite this, Nolan is a well-established member of the Manhattan elite.
  • Yesterday, the news broke that Homeland star Claire Danes is expecting her first child with husband-actor Hugh Dancy (of NBC's upcoming Hannibal). A representative from the acclaimed Showtime thriller claims that "we anticipate no impact" on production - which started in May and is currently in the latter stages of shooting the second season.
  • It is looking like the next cycle of NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice will be an all-star version. No personalities from the past six celebrity cycles have been announced as returning to the reality series yet. Production on the season will start in mid-October and will premiere in February or March 2013.
  • Jamie Chung (Hangover 2, Sucker Punch) will be joining the second season of the ABC drama, Once Upon a Time. Chung will appear on a recurring basis as Mulan.
  • Sarah Bolger (The Tudors, In America) will also be appearing in a recurring role on the second season of Once Upon a Time. Bolger will play Princess Aurora - a take on Sleeping Beauty - a woman who had been cursed by Maleficent to die from a finger prick on a spinning wheel.
  • Justin Deeley is poised to exit The CW drama, 90210, after just one year as a series regular. Deeley's Austin will written out in the fifth season premiere (airing Oct. 8 at 8/7c.).
