The project chronicles how cultures collide when white parents (Mike O'Malley, Mary McCormack) and Latino parents (Ricardo Chavira, Machado) are bonded together by their children Molly (Ella Rae Peck) and Junior (Haro) who fall in love followed quickly by an unplanned pregnancy. Machado'a casting on the potential series is in first position over her already-produced USA comedy pilot Paging Dr. Freed.
Natalie Hall (Pretty Little Liars) will co-star on The CW drama pilot Oxygen from Meredith Averill. She will play Taylor, the undisputed queen of her high school who takes an interest in newcomer Emery (Aimee Teegarden) but Emery's friendliness towards the hated Orions may put a damper on their new friendship.
