Thursday, July 11 - Friday Night Lights alum Matt Lauria has officially closed a deal to return to NBC's Parenthood for its upcoming fifth season. He appear in ten episode of the family drama's fourth season. His new deal means he will appear in at least half of the season's 22 episodes with an option to do more. In the September 26 premiere, Joel and Julia (Erika Christensen) invite her over for dinner and she inadvertently makes Julia feel self-conscious about being a stay-at-home mom. Julia views her as a bit of a threat, even though she isn't consciously trying to be.
