TV News - Scott Wolf Joins 'The Night Shift'; 'Go On' Vet to Appear on 'Elementary'; Plus 6 More Updates!

Scott Wolf (V, Perception) will guest star in at least four episodes of NBC's midseason drama series The Night Shift. He will play Scott Collins, a day-shift trauma surgeon who's engaged to interim chief Dr. Jordan Alexander (Jill Flint).

Archie Kao (CSI) has been cast as a new series regular on NBC's midseason drama series Chicago PD. He will play Jin, the man in charge of tech and surveillance at the CPD Intelligence Unit.

Genevieve Angelson (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike) has landed a major recurring role on Showtime's House of Lies. She will play Caitlyn, a young, naive, Ivy League-educated consultant who works for Marty (Don Cheadle) and is a new love interest for Doug (Josh Lawson). She will appear in nine episodes of the 12-episode third season.

Haley Lu Richardson (Ravenswood) and Alexandra Park (Home and Away) have joined the cast of the E! drama pilot The Royals. Richardson will play Ophelia, a young American woman and the daughter of the royal family's head of security. She is studying art history and dance and helps Prince Liam (William Moseley) cope with the loss of his brother and his new position as the next heir to the throne. Park will play Princess Eleanor, the sexy princess with a party hard lifestyle.

Go On alum Laura Benanti will guest on an upcoming episode of CBS' Elementary. She will play a nanny who becomes the prime suspect in her boss' death.

Joel Fry (10,000 BC) has landed a key role on the fourth season of HBO's Game of Thrones. He will play Hizdahr zo Loraq, a young scion of an ancient Meereenese family who crosses paths with Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke).

John Barrowman will reprise his role on the second season of The CW's Arrow. He will return as Malcolm Merlyn is at least two episodes. Additionally, Dylan Neal (Cedar Cove) will appear in four episodes as Dr. Anthony Ivo, a ruthless scientist who will appear in the island flashback sequences.

CBS has renewed the once-canceled procedural Unforgettable for a third season. The Poppy Montgomery-starrer will return in summer 2014 for 13 more episodes. Dylan Walsh, Jane Curtain, Dallas Roberts, James Hiroyuki and Tawny Cypress co-star.
