TV News - Michael Rapaport Joins 'Justified' as Season 5's Big Bad; Hallmark Renews 'Cedar Cove' for Season 2; Plus 8 More Updates!

Michael Rapaport (The Mob Doctor) has been cast in a major recurring role on the fifth season of FX's Justified. He will play Dale Crowe, Jr., the sexy and charismatic patriarch of a white-trash Florida crime family. He is an ex-convict who owns a gator farm and is smart, savvy and ruthless - all in the name of family.

Switched at Birth star Katie Leclerc will guest star on an upcoming episode of NBC's Community. She will appear as Carol, a pretty, sweet and hearing-impaired woman who starts teaching Abed (Danny Pudi) sign language.

Newcomer Brad Schmidt has joined the cast of Showtime's House of Lies for its third season. He will play JC Butterman, a handsome devout Christian with an arrogant swagger.

The Voice season 4 winner Danielle Bradbery will make a cameo appearance on The CW's Hart of Dixie. She will appear in the season's eighth episode and will perform her debut single, coincidentally called "The Heart of Dixie."

John Carroll Lynch (Body of Proof) will guest star on FOX's midseason comedy series Us & Them. He will play Ed, Nessa's (Ashlie Atkinson) father.

Hallmark has renewed its first-ever drama series, the Andie MacDowell-starring Cedar Cove, for a second season. "We are incredibly pleased with the tremendous success of Cedar Cove, our first-ever primetime series," said Michelle Vicary, Executive VP of Programming at Hallmark. "We are so thrilled to work with Debbie Macomber and have the opportunity to bring to life her beloved book series, which was the perfect fit for Hallmark. The show's significant impact and the fact that audiences have responded positively to the show has warranted a second season renewal. We launched a new era at Hallmark with Cedar Cove and we look forward to the show's continued growth and success."

Former Criminal Minds star Paget Brewster will return to the CBS procedural for its upcoming 200th episode.

Saturday Night Live co-star Vanessa Bayer will appear on an upcoming episode of FOX's The Mindy Project. She will appear as a new love interest for Danny (Chris Messina).

Kyle Bornheimer (Worst Week, Family Tools) has landed a recurring role on A&E's new drama series Those Who Kill. He will play Paul, a married dad whom Catherine (Chloe Sevigny) first meets at a Chuck E. Cheese-type restaurant.

Freddie Stroma (Harry Potter) has joined the cast of the Lifetime drama pilot Unreal starring Shiri Appleby. He will play Adam, the bachelor on the competition dating show at the center of the series. He's described as an all-American, smart and a wealthy heir to a hotel empire. Additionally, Roger Kumble (Pretty Little Liars) has been tapped to direct the pilot.
