BET's BEING MARY JANE
- Stephen Bishop has been upped to series regular for the second season of the hit drama series. He plays David, Mary Jane's (Gabrielle Union) playboy love interest.
BBC AMERICA's INTRUDERS
- Tory Kittles (True Detective) has signed on to the upcoming eight-episode drama series. He will play Gary Fischer, a handsome attorney and old friend of Jack's (John Simm) who quietly asks him to investigate a mysterious double homicide.
USA's BENCHED
- Under the Dome vet Jolene Purdy has boarded the upcoming comedy series as a new series regular. She will play Micah, an intern in the public defender's office.
SHOWTIME's RAY DONOVAN
- The drama series has recruited Kip Pardue (Remember the Titans, Mad Men) for a recurring role on the upcoming second season. He will play FBI Agent Volcheck, who works under James Cochran (new guest star Hank Azaria).
FOX's WEIRD LONERS
- Becki Newton (Ugly Betty, The Goodwin Games) has joined the cast of the upcoming comedy series starring Zachary Knighton and Nate Torrence. She will play Caryn Goldfarb, a smart, attractive, high-strung, dental hygienist who is a pushover where handsome, charming men are concerned but who always comes on too strong and fast for any relationship to last.
MTV's HAPPYLAND
- Ryan Rottman (The Lying Game) has been promoted to series regular on the upcoming comedy series. He guest starred in the pilot as Theodore Chandler, the handsome, Armani-clad, well-bred and well-manned older son of the president of Happyland Theme Park, who also serves as its creative director.
