Casting News - 'Hot in Cleveland' Live Premiere Adds Ken Jeong & Queen Latifah; Chris Colfer to Write 'Glee' Episode; Plus 2 More Updates!

ABC Family's Baby Daddy; CBS' Criminal Minds; FOX's Glee; and TV Land's Hot in Cleveland.





TV LAND's HOT IN CLEVELAND
  • Ken Jeong (Community) and Queen Latifah will appear on the comedy's live Season 5 premiere on March 26. Jeong will play a deranged criminal who holds Victoria (Wendie Malick) captive in an effort to win her love. Latifah will play Esther Jean Johnson, the aunt of Elka's (Betty White) rival for City Council.
  • Returning guest stars Dave Foley, Georgia Engel and D.W. Moffett will also opening during the live season opener.
CBS' CRIMINAL MINDS
  • The Office vet Brian Baumgartner will appear in an upcoming episode of the crime procedural. He will play a man who is at an unexpected crossroads in his life and decides to go on a killing spree. 
FOX's GLEE
  • Actor-writer Chris Colfer - who plays Kurt on the FOX dramedy - is set to pen an upcoming episode of the series' fifth season. Details on the episode are being kept under wraps but it would be Colfer's first take on a TV script. He previously wrote the screenplay for the 2012 film Struck by Lightning as well as children's book series Land of Stories.
ABC FAMILY's BABY DADDY
  • The cable network has renewed the comedy series for a fourth season set to debut later in 2014. The number of episodes in the new season is still being determined.
