AMC's BETTER CALL SAUL
  • Veteran actor Michael McKean (Laverne & Shirley) is the first new cast member to join the upcoming Breaking Bad prequel series - set for a November debut. He will play Dr. Thurber, a brilliant attorney who is now restricted by an unusual affliction.
USA's GRACELAND
  • Nestor Serrano (24) and Brit Morgan (True Blood) have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season. Serrano will play Carlos Solano Sr., the brutal leader of the Solano Cartel, a man who hangs his enemies' heads off of bridges as warning signs to his community. Morgan will play Amber, a sexy but shifty genius for hire who has done some very risky jobs for some very bad people.
USA's DIG
  • Regina Taylor (The Unit) and Omar Metwally (Non-Stop) have joined the event series in recurring roles. Taylor will play Ruth Ridell, the U.S. ambassador to Israel who has little time for problems that Peter (Jason Isaacs) creates for her with the local authorities. Metwally will play Yussef Khalid, an American who disappeared after being accused of murder who is now believed to be in Israel.
CBS' EXTANT
  • One Tree Hill alum Tyler Hilton has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming summer drama series. He will play Charlie, the chief coder on the Humanichs Project. Because he's valued so much at work, he's more at ease there, while outside of the lab he can be a bit more socially awkward.
