Casting News - Tony Shalhoub to Recur on 'Nurse Jackie'; 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Adds Eva Longoria; Plus 5 More Updates!

CBS' The Dovekeepers & NCIS; FOX's Brooklyn Nine-Nine; NBC's Grimm & Parks and Recreation; Showtime's Nurse Jackie; and Spike's Tut.





SPIKE's TUT
  • Kylie Bunbury (Twisted) and Sibylla Deen (Tyrant) have joined the cast of the event series starring Avan Jogia. Bunbury will play a character named Suhad. Deen will play Anke, Tut's (Jogia) sister and wife.
CBS' NCIS
  • Stephanie Jacobsen (Melrose Place, Revenge) has landed a potentially recurring role on the veteran drama. She will play Leia Pendergrast, an FBI Special Agent who is partnered with Tony (Michael Weatherly) to investigate a terrorist threat.
FOX's BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
  • Desperate Housewives alum Eva Longoria has booked a three-episode arc on the comedy's second season. She will play Sophia, a defense attorney who catches the attention of Jake (Andy Samberg) when she faces off against him in court.
NBC's GRIMM
  • Louise Lombard (CSI, The Lottery) will appear in at least three episodes of the drama's upcoming fourth season. She will play Elizabeth Lascelles, a mysterious woman connected to the royal families.
NBC's PARKS AND RECREATION
  • Megan Mullally and Natalie Morales will reprise their roles on the hit comedy for its upcoming final season. Mullally plays Tammy 2, the second ex-wife of Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman). Morales plays Lucy, Tom's (Aziz Ansari) girlfriend from Season 2 who left him because he wasn't over his ex-wife.
SHOWTIME's NURSE JACKIE
  • Emmy winner Tony Shalhoub (Monk) has been cast in a major recurring role on the dramedy's seventh season. He will play Dr. Bernard Prince, a new ER doctor who has a great bedside manner, a special touch with Gloria (Anna Deavere Smith) and who offers Jackie (Edie Falco) something she desperately needs - a friend.
CBS' THE DOVEKEEPERS
  • Rachel Brosnahan (Manhattan) will set opposite Cote de Pablo and Diego Boneta on the upcoming four-hour miniseries. She will play Yael, a uniquely beautiful and fearless young woman whose mother died in childbirth and whose father forever blames her for that loss.
