USA's MR. ROBOT
- Carly Chaikin (Suburgatory) and Portia Doubleday (Her) have been cast on the drama pilot starring Rami Malek. Chaikin will play Marlene, the chain-smoking striking hipster who also happens to be an expert at writing malicious software. Doubleday will play Angela, the pragmatic childhood friend of Elliot's (Malek) and an account executive at the AllSafe Cyber Security firm.
AMAZON's THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE
- Rupert Evans (Hellboy) has landed a lead role on the drama pilot from writer Frank Spotnitz. He will play Frank Frink, an artist and an intellectual with a secret.
HBO's OPEN
- The premium cable network has passed on the drama pilot from writers Ryan Murphy and Lauren Gussis. The project revolved around five leads characters as they explored human relationships, sexuality and intimacy. The cast included Michelle Monaghan, Anna Torv, Scott Speedman, Wes Bentley, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Cheyenne Jackson, Aisha Tyler, Jaimie Alexander and Lina Esco.
