STARZ's BLUNT TALK
- Doll & Em star Dolly Wells has joined the cast of the upcoming comedy starring Patrick Stewart. She will play Sarah, the head producer/writer of Walter's (Stewart) show. An idealist who believes in the power of the news, she comes from a family dominated by an unruly, charismatic alcoholic father, so her taste in men is hellish and in part explains her love and adoration for Walter.
NBC's THE SLAP
- Makenzie Leigh (Girls Against Boys) has been cast on the miniseries starring Peter Sarsgaard. She will play Connie, a young babysitter who shares an intimate moment with Hector (Sarsgaard), spurring a chain of consequences for both characters.
AMAZON's MOZART IN THE JUNGLE
- Makenzie Leigh has also booked a recurring role on the upcoming comedy. She will play Addison, an aspiring ballet dancer who poses a threat to Hailey (Lola Kirke) and Alex's (Peter Vack) relationship.
NBC's GRIMM
- Will Rothhaar (Killing Kennedy) will appear in at least three episodes of the drama's upcoming fourth season. He will play Officer Acker, a new cop at the Portland Police Department with a dark side.
FOX's BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
- Sandra Bernhard (Switched at Birth) and Stephen Root (Justified) will appear in a November 9 episode of the hit comedy. Bernhard will play Darlene Linetti, Gina's (Chelsea Peretti) eccentric and offbeat mother. Root will play Lynn Boyle, Charle's (Joe Lo Truglio) very New York Italian father. Both characters will likely make additional appearances in the second season.
BET's THE GAME
- BET has renewed the veteran comedy series for a ninth and final season. Filming is currently underway on both Seasons 8 and 9, which will begin airing in Early 2015.
NBC's THE BLACKLIST
- Peter Fonda (Easy Rider) will guest star on the October 27 episode of the hit drama's second season. He will play Geoff Perl, a CEO and philanthropist who funds millions of dollars for animal rights groups.
CBS' BLUE BLOODS
- Veteran character actor Mike Pniewski will appear on an upcoming episode of the drama's fifth season. He will play Vaughn, a United States Marshal who works on a case with Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and Baez (Marisa Ramirez).
USA's DIG
- The murder-mystery event series will debut on Thursday, March 5 at 9/8c. Additionally, the cable network has increased the series' episode order from 6 to 10 episodes.
