MTV's SELF PROMOTION
- Alexandra Krosney (Last Man Standing) has landed the lead role on the comedy pilot from director Zach Braff. Also cast today is Nichole Bloom (Shameless). Krosney will play Katie Preston, an overworked assistant who starts calling the shots after her boss goes missing while also trying to solve the case before she becomes the prime suspect. Bloom will play Winter, Katie's law school roommate, an odd mix of naughty librarian and stoner.
