FOX's NEW GIRL
- Nasim Pedrad (Saturday Night Live, Mulaney) will appear on an upcoming episode of the comedy's fourth seaosn. She will play Aly, Winston's (Lamorne Morris) new training officer/partner who will cause tension with Nick (Jake Johnson) and Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.) who are freaking out about Winston's graduation from the police academy.
ABC's ONCE UPON A TIME
- Eion Bailey will reprise his role as August/Pinocchio during the fourteenth episode of the drama's fourth season. It's currently unclear in what capacity he'll be returning - but it will most likely be through the flashback sequences.
- Ernie Hudseon (Ghostbusters) will guest star in episode 15 of the season as King Poseidon. On the drama, he is a powerful deity of legend who will also discover is the father of the villainous Ursula (Merrin Dungey). JoAnna Garcia Swisher will also reprise her role as Ariel in the same episode.
AMC's BADLANDS
- Hong Kong film star Daniel Wu (The Heavenly Kings) has been tapped to play the lead role on the upcoming drama. Wu also joins the series as an executive producer. Badlands tells the story of a ruthless, well-trained warrior named Sunny (Wu) and a young boy who embark on a journey across a dangerous land to find enlightenment.
BBC AMERICA's BROADCHURCH
- The cable network is making a change to its premiere date plans for the drama's upcoming second season - which will now premiere Wednesday, March 4 at 10/9c. instead of the previously announced February 4.
NBC's HANNIBAL
- In a surprising bit of recasting, Joe Anderson (The Divide, The River) has been tapped to replace Michael Pitt in the role of Mason Verger for the drama's upcoming third season. Last we saw, Mason was under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs and carve off chunks of his own face to eat.
