- Meg Steedle (Boardwalk Empire, NCIS) has joined the procedural as a series regular starting with the fifteenth episode of the season. She will play Francesca "Frankie" Pulaski, a young detective whose sunny demeanor and optimism gets her labeled as naive and impressionable, though Laura (Debra Messing) soon discovers that she uses that disposition to cover a dark secret.
