COMEDY CENTRAL's UNTITLED RACHEL FEINSTEIN PROJECT
- Comedy Central has order a pilot for an untitled comedy series created by and starring comedian Rachel Feinstein. The project focuses on Feinstein out on the street using her social experiments and character-based comedy to explore and skewer gender, class and stereotypical issues in sketch and character-driven pieces. Executive producers include Feinstein, Amy Schumer, Kim Caramele, Nick McKinney and Meghan O'Hara.
SHOWTIME's HAPPYISH
- Carrie Preston (True Blood), Molly Price (Third Watch) and Andre Royo (The Wire) have joined the comedy pilot in recurring roles. Preston will play Debbie Dubonte, a Senior Account Director who could be the mother of her two new bosses and must find a way to reinvent herself or lose her job. Price will play Bella, a divorced mother still struggling to find the best place for herself and her child. Royo will play Barry, a former corporate lawyer who followed his heart to the Family Court, only to find it even more depressing.
TNT's UNTITLED MICHELLE ASHFORD PROJECT
- Christopher McDonald (Boardwalk Empire) has been cast on the drama pilot starring Michael Stahl-David. He will play Corwin Barre, LuAnne's (Kristen Hager) father and owner of a fishing supply empire who lives with his wife in an affluent community and moves among Miami's social elite.
SHOWTIME's BILLIONS
- David Costabile (Breaking Bad, Suits) has landed a regular role on the drama pilot starring Damian Lewis and Paul Giamatti. He will play Mike "Wags" Wagner, Chief Operating Officer for the hedge fund run by Bobby (Lewis) and his right hand man.
