CBS' EXTANT
- Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Magic City, Grey's Anatomy) has joined the cast of the drama's second season as a new series regular. He will play JD Richter, a roguish womanizer and a cop of the future, a free-wheeling, hard-drinking and fearless, bordering on reckless mercenary/bounty hunter, mostly because he's got nothing to lose. He's an everyman who thought he had seen everything until Molly Woods (Halle Berry) enters his life.
SHOWTIME's RAY DONOVAN
- Jason Butler Harner (Scandal), Fairuza Balk (Almost Famous) and Shree Crooks (Extant) have joined the drama's third season in recurring roles. Harner will play Varick Strauss, Andrew Finney's (Ian McShane) cool, calculated right-hand man. Balk will play Ginger, a prostitute who befriends Mickey (Jon Voight). Crooks will play Audrey, Ginger's precocious daughter who Mickey takes under his wing.
