TBS has officially called it quits on multi-camera comedy Ground Floor after two seasons. The network confirmed the news after it had been circulating for the past two weeks. The comedy's Feb. 10 season finale doubled as its series finale.
Ground Floor centered on Brody, a successful investment banker, who falls for Jenny, an intelligent maintenance supervisor, and their relationship as it effects both their lives and their co-workers'.
The second season starred Skylar Astin, Briga Heelan, Rory Scovel, Rene Gube, James Earl, Emily Heller and John C. McGinley.
Ground Floor is just the latest cancellation at TBS - joining Men at Work and Sullivan & Son as well as the current final season of Cougar Town. The network's only returning series is American Dad - which was just renewed for a 12th season, its second on TBS. The rest of the network's roster is comprised of rookie comedies - Angie Tribeca, Your Family or Mine and Buzzy's (none of which currently have premiere dates).
