AMC's PREACHER
  • Ian Colletti (Rake) has been cast on the drama pilot written by Sam Catlin. He will play Eugene Root aka Arseface, even with a horribly disfigured face and severe speech impediment, he's still the nicest kid you'll ever meet who really looks up to Jesse. However, he is troubled by something terrible he's done in the past - something he fears may have turned God himself against him.
NBC's HEART MATTERS
  • D.L. Hughley (The Hughleys) has joined the cast of the drama pilot starring Melissa George. He will play Dr. Hackett, the psychiatrist at the hospital.
NBC's WARRIOR
  • Jason Scott Lee (Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story) has booked a regular role on the drama pilot starring Natalie Martinez. He will play Koto, a martial arts master chosen to recruit Kai (Martinez) to work with Interpol on stopping a Japanese organized crime syndicate.
FOX's FANTASY LIFE
  • Just three days after being initially cast, James Caan is departing the cast of the comedy pilot written by Tim McAuliffe. He was to play Chuck, a legendary ex-football player who works on Mitch's (Kevin Connolly) fantasy football league show. The role is now being recast.
NBC's LOVE IS A FOUR LETTER WORD
  • LeToya Luckett (Single Ladies, Treme) has joined the cast of the drama pilot written by Diana Son. She will play Tandi, one half of a happy couple (with Colin Donnell) who is experiencing difficulties fulfilling her dream of having another child.
CBS' HAPPY LIFE
  • Bill Smitrovich (The Last Ship) has been cast on the comedy pilot (formerly Joe Time) starring Steven Weber. He will play Mitch, Judy's (Rita Moreno) husband. He's retired and quite happy about it. After handing over the family business to his sons, Joe (Weber) and Scott (Eric Petersen), Mitch surprises his family with the announcement that he's always been interested in music and is about to become a cabaret performer.
