FOX's DETOUR
- Affion Crockett (The Wedding Ringer) has been cast on the comedy pilot starring Ben Aldridge. He will play Dominic, Michael's (Aldridge) manager who is a constant reminder to Michael that the music industry is demanding his return.
ABC's FAMILY FORTUNE
- Comedian Chris Redd has joined the cast of the comedy pilot starring Fortune Feimster. He will play Steven, a kind-hearted music teacher at Fortune's (Feimster) school.
NBC's UNTITLED MONICA POTTER PROJECT
- The comedy pilot starring Monica Potter and written by Sherry Bilsing-Graham & Ellen Kreamer has opted not to proceed with production for this development cycle. The studio and network decided the project in its current form didn't live up to its potential and will be redeveloped for the next season. It is currently unclear if production will occur off-cycle or the traditional pilot season. It's also uncertain if the cast on the pilot will remain the same throughout this redevelopment. The current cast includes Eddie Cibrian, Donald Faison, Rory Scovel, Josh Hopkins, Allie MacDonald and Christine Prosperi.
ABC's UNTITLED JOHNNY KNOXVILLE PROJECT
- Brittany Beery has booked a regular role on the comedy pilot written by Victor Fresco. She will play Audrey, Johnny's older sister who is independent, highly intelligent and okay with the fact that Johnny will always require a bit more attention than her.
CBS' FOR JUSTICE
- Colman Domingo (Selma) will co-star on the drama pilot starring Anika Noni Rose. He will play Hank Lewis, an attorney with the Civil Rights Division.
FOX's FANTASY LIFE
- Chris McDonald (Boardwalk Empire, Texas Rising) has been cast on the comedy pilot starring Kevin Connolly - in the role that was originally set to be played by James Caan. He will play Chuck, a tough, humorless and legendary ex-football player who's on Mitch's (Connolly) new team working on the fantasy football league show.
CBS' SUPER CLYDE
- Still Standing star Mark Addy has been cast on the comedy pilot starring Charlie McDermott. He will play Randolph, Clyde's (McDermott) sidekick who is fastidious, precise, careful and far-thinking. After assisting Clyde's Uncle Bill in all his secret charitable endeavors during his employment as a butler, he soon becomes Clyde's only confidante, his assistant in doing good while staying under the radar.
CBS' UNTITLED DAN O'SHANNON & PETER WARREN PROJECT
- Adam Brody (The O.C., Billy & Billie) will play the lead role on the comedy pilot written by Dan O'Shannon and Peter Warren. He will play Andrew, a guy who sees the best in everything. Even at 40, when life's twists and turns have taken a bit of wind out of his sails, it only takes the reappearance of his childhood crush to awaken his love of life and belief in happy endings.
