HULU's 11/22/63
- Grey's Anatomy alum T.R. Knight has joined the cast of the upcoming limited event series starring James Franco. He will play Johnny Clayton, a salesman in 1960s Texas who can't quite break up with his estranged wife, Sadie Dunhill (Sarah Gadon), even as she falls in love with Jake (Franco). Charismatic but controlling, Johnny confronts Jake in a tense encounter that puts Jake's double life at risk. But there's equal danger in what will happen if Jake and Sadie expose Johnny's own secrets.
ABC FAMILY's SHADOWHUNTERS
- Maxim Roy (19-2, Heartland) has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming first season. She will play Jocelyn Fray, Clary's (Katherine McNamara) mother. On the surface, Jocelyn leads a normal life running an antiquities store. However, she harbors many secrets about a past life, particularly her ties to an ancient group of supernatural beings known as Shadowhunters. In order to defend Clary from danger, Jocelyn transforms from single mom back into one of the most lethal Shadowhunters that ever lived.
ABC FAMILY's STITCHERS
- ABC Family has made the premiere episode of its new drama Stitchers available ahead of its debut on Tuesday, June 2. The premiere is exclusively available on EW.com.
ABC's THE GOLDBERGS
- After recurring throughout the first two seasons, AJ Michalka has been promoted to series regular for the comedy's upcoming third season. She plays Lainey Lewis, Erica's (Hayley Orrantia) best friend and Barry's (Troy Gentile) girlfriend.
MTV's FINDING CARTER
- The cable network has just ordered an additional 12 episodes for the drama's current second season - bringing the season total to 24 episodes. Season 2B of the drama starring Kathryn Prescott will debut later this year. (Season 2A concludes on June 16).
