FOX Orders Drama 'The Frankenstein Code' to Series

FOX is slowly making its new drama series pickups, with the network just handing out its second order to The Frankenstein Code starring Rob Kazinsky.

THE FRANKENSTEIN CODE - Taking inspiration from the basic Mary Shelley mythology of a man brought back to life by scientists playing god, the drama centers on Jimmy Pritchard (Rob Kazinsky), a morally corrupt retired cop, who is given a second chance at life when he is brought back from the dead. Now younger and stronger, Pritchard will have to choose between his old temptations and his new sense of purpose.

The drama also stars Tim DeKay, Dilshad Vadaria, Adhir Kalyan and Ciara Bravo. Philip Baker Hall guest stars in the pilot as the older version of the title character.

The pilot was written by Rand Ravich, who executive produces with Howard Gordon and director Michael Cuesta. Hugh Fitzpatrick is a co-executive producer. 20th Century Fox Television and Teakwood Lane Productions produce.
