FOX is continuing its pickup of new series with official orders for dramas Minority Report and Lucifer. They join Rosewood, The Frankenstein Code, The Grinder, Grandfathered, The Guide to Surviving Life and Scream Queens as new shows on the network in the 2015-16 season.

Here are the series descriptions for the two new dramas:

MINORITY REPORT - Based on the 2002 Steven Spielberg movie, the drama is set 10 years after the end of Pre-Crime in DC where one of the three remaining Pre-cogs is struggling to lead a "normal" human life because he remains haunted by visions of the future. And then, he meets a detective who just may help him find a purpose to his gift.

The drama stars Meagan Good, Stark Sands, Wilmer Valderrama, Daniel London, Laura Regan, Li Jun Li and Zhane Hall.

Max Borenstein wrote the pilot, and executive produces with showrunner Kevin Falls, Steven Spielberg, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank and director Mark Mylod. 20th Century Fox Television, Amblin Television and Paramount Television produce.

LUCIFER - Based on characters from DC Entertainment's Vertigo imprint, the drama centers on Lucifer (Tom Ellis) who, bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, resigns his throne and abandons his kingdom for the gorgeous, shimmer insanity of Los Angeles, where he gets his kicks helping the LAPD punish criminals.

The cast also includes Lauren German, Rachael Harris, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Nicholas Gonzalez and Scarlett Estevez.

The pilot was written by Tom Kapinos, who executive produces with Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and director Len Wiseman. KristieAnne Reed is a co-executive producer. Warner Bros. Television and Jerry Bruckheimer Television produce.
