NBC's EMERALD CITY
- Adria Arjona (Person of Interest, True Detective) has landed the lead role on the upcoming drama series written by David Schulner. She will play Dorothy Gale, a 20-year-old girl who is transported to another world with her K9 police dog - a mystical land of competing kingdoms, lethal warriors, dark magic and a bloody battle for supremacy.
ABC's MADOFF
- Lewis Black (The Daily Show, Inside Out) has joined the cast of the upcoming miniseries starring Richard Dreyfuss. He will play Ezra Merkin, who, after investing with Madoff and receiving great returns, brought many famous and well-to-do Jewish clients to the firm.
AMC's FEAR THE WALKING DEAD
- Southland star Shawn Hatosy has booked a recurring role on the upcoming Walking Dead companion series. He will play a well-intentioned but out of his element military man with a soulful disposition.
NBC's CHICAGO P.D.
- Madison McLaughlin (Supernatural, Teen Wolf) will appear in at least three episodes of the drama's upcoming third season. She will play Michelle Carterini, a rough and tumble bad girl with a troubled past who is just looking for guidance and spends her time boxing.
ABC's AMERICAN CRIME
- Regina King is set to return to the anthology drama for its upcoming first season. She recurred in several episodes of the first season and will be credited as a series regular on the second season. No details were immediately released about the character she will be playing. But remember that the show is going to be set around new characters in a new setting in its next season.
