ABC's AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.
- After recurring in the second season, Luke Mitchell has been promoted to series regular for the drama's upcoming third season. He plays Lincoln, an Inhuman with the ability to generate and wield electricity.
ABC's BLOOD & OIL
- Cynthia Cidre, creator of TNT's recently cancelled Dallas revival, has joined the upcoming drama starring Don Johnson as executive producer and co-showrunner. She will share those showrunning duties with pilot co-writer Josh Pate.
SHOWTIME's HOMELAND
- Miranda Otto, Sebastian Koch, Alexander Fehling and Sarah Sokolovic have joined the drama's upcoming fifth season as new series regulars. Otto will play Allison Carr, the current Berlin Chief of Station, working directly under Saul (Mandy Patinkin). Koch will play Otto Düring, a German philanthropist and Carrie's (Claire Danes) new boss. Fehling will play Jonas Happich, legal counsel for the Düring Foundation and Carrie's boyfriend. Sokolovic will play Laura Sutton, an American journalist in Berlin who works for the Düring Foundation.
NBC's CHICAGO MED
- Andrew Dettmann (CSI, Body of Proof) has joined the upcoming midseason drama as executive producer and showrunner. He will work closely with series creators Dick Wolf, Matt Olmstead, Michael Brandt and Derek Haas - but he will be the sole person running the day-to-day operations.
FOX's EMPIRE
- Adam Rodriguez (CSI: Miami, The Night Shift) has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He will play Laz Delgado, a former EMT and a smooth-talking concert promoter with expert hustler skills - who takes an interest in Cookie (Taraji P. Henson).
STARZ's OUTLANDER
- Stanley Weber and Robert Cavanah have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. Weber will play French Le Comte St. Germain, a merciless villain who traffics in the occult. Cavanah will play Jared Fraser, Jamie's (Sam Heughan) Jacobite cousin and a Paris-dwelling wine merchant.
MTV's AWKWARD
- Justin Prentice (Malibu Country) has been cast in a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming fifth and final season. He will play Patrick, a blue-blooded Princeton student and world traveler who meets Tamara (Jillian Rose Reed) while visiting the country club.
SHOWTIME's MASTERS OF SEX
- Frances Fisher (Resurrection) and Michael O'Keefe (Homeland) will appear in two episodes of the drama's upcoming third season. They will play Virginia's (Lizzy Caplan) parents who pay her a surprise visit, and her mother questions her professional and personal choices.
