DirecTV's Audience Network has given a 10-episode straight-to-series order to comedy You Me Her created by John Scott Shepherd and inspired by the Playboy Magazine article "Sugar on Top" by John H. Richardson.
The comedy is described as a twist on the indie rom-com, a "poly-romantic" comedy that centers on a three-way relationship with two of the parties being a suburban married couple.
Shephard will executive produce and serve as showrunner for the first season. Entertainment One will produce, with additional executive producers being Gerard Bocaccio, Peter Jaysen and Alan Gasmer.
