FOX's EMPIRE
- Reverend Al Sharpton and fashion icon André Leon Talley will both appear as themselves on the second season premiere of the hit drama series. In the episode, they will show their support for embattled music CEO Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) at an epic, outdoor "Free Lucious" concert.
NBC's HEROES: RETURN and THE BLACKLIST
- The broadcast network has just announced that the upcoming series return of Heroes: Reborn on Thursday, September 24 will now be a two-hour premiere. That means the third season premiere of The Blacklist will be pushed to the following week on October 1.
ABC's WICKED CITY
- Jaime Ray Newman (Eastwick, Eureka) has joined the cast of the upcoming drama as a series regular. She will play the wife of Detective Jack Roth (Jeremy Sisto).
NBC's CHICAGO MED
- The broadcast network has delayed the premiere of its upcoming Chicago Fire spinoff by one week - from Tuesday, November 10 to Tuesday, November 17. The news broke during the show's panel at the TCA summer press tour.
- Additionally, it was announced today that Torrey DeVitto (Pretty Little Liars, The Vampire Diaries) has joined the cast as a new series regular. She will play Dr. Lilly Manning, a pregnant ER physician.
AMAZON's THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE
- Brennan Brown (Mozart in the Jungle, Focus) has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming first season. He will play Robert Childan, the obsequious owner of American Artistic Handcrafts, an antique store that is a veritable cornucopia of the recherché.
