Casting News - 'Fresh Off the Boat' Adds Shaquille O'Neal; Netflix Sets 'Hemlock Grove' Premiere Date; Plus 6 More Updates!

ABC's Fresh Off the Boat; ABC Family's Baby Daddy; CBS' Hawaii Five-0; FOX's Bones, Brooklyn Nine-Nine & Grandfathered; FX's Married; and Netflix's Hemlock Grove.




FOX's BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
  • 24 alum Mary Lynn Rajskub will appear in at least one episode of the comedy's upcoming third season. She will play Genevieve, a successful art gallery owner who Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) is so charmed by that he believes she may be his soulmate.
NETFLIX's HEMLOCK GROVE
  • The third and final season of the horror series produced by Eli Roth will debut on Friday, October 23, with all 10 episodes available at once. The cast includes Famke Janssen, Bill Skarsgård, Landon Liboiron and Dougray Scott.
ABC's FRESH OFF THE BOAT
  • Former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal will guest star on an upcoming episode of the comedy's second season. No details were immediately released about the character he will be playing. He will pop up in the season's third episode, titled "Shaquille O'Neal Motors."
FOX's BONES
  • Comic icon Betty White has been tapped to guest star in October episode of the drama's upcoming eleventh season. She will play Dr. Beth Mayer, an accomplished, sharp and absolutely fabulous squintern who is brought in to assist in a murder linked to fantasy football.
FX's MARRIED
  • Andrea Savage (The Hotwives of Las Vegas) will appear on an upcoming episode of the comedy's second season. She will play Vanessa, an old friend of Shep's (Paul Reiser) who has romantic designs on him.
ABC FAMILY's BABY DADDY
  • Allie Gonino (The Lying Game, The Red Road) has booked a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming fifth season. She will play Sam, Ben's (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) high school crush and Riley's (Chelsea Kane) tormentor, who applies for the manager position at the bar.
FOX's GRANDFATHERED
  • JoAnna Garcia Swisher (Reba, The Astronaut Wives Club) will guest star on an upcoming episode of the new comedy starring John Stamos. She will play Sloan, a cute and bubbly girl who works in the admissions office at a prestigious, selective preschool that Jimmy (Stamos) is trying to get Edie into.
CBS' HAWAII FIVE-0
  • Julie Benz (Defiance, Dexter) has joined the drama's upcoming sixth season in a recurring role. She will play Jennifer, a visiting detective from San Francisco who is modeling a task force after Five-0. She will quickly form a strong connection with Chin (Daniel Dae Kim).
