USA's POOR RICHARD'S ALMANACK
- Harold Perrineau (Lost) and Sam Jaeger (Parenthood) have been cast on the drama pilot written by Jim Danger Gray and Miguel Sapochnik. Perrineau will play Matt Monroe, the FBI agent in charge after a terrorist attack on Philadelphia. Jaeger will play Darwin Fischer, a former CIA field agent-turned-analyst. Monroe's search for the attack's inside-man puts him on a crash course with Darwin and his schizophrenic sister (Jordan Hayes) embroiling them in a conspiracy that will shake the country to its core.
HBO's THE DEUCE
- The Honorable Woman star Maggie Gyllenhaal has been cast as the female lead on the period drama pilot from David Simon. She will play Eileen Merrell, a Times Square hooker known as "Candy" on the streets and a veteran with an entrepreneurial bent who is drawn into the fledging porn industry.
