Superstore is a workplace comedy about a unique family of employees at a super-sized megastore. Justin Spitzer created the comedy, and executive produces with David Bernad and director Ruben Fleischer. Superstore is produced by Universal Television and the District.
Telenovela centers on the willful but popular telenovela star, Ana Maria (Longoria), who struggles to stay on top in a world where the drama on-camera is nothing compared to the drama off-camera.
In addition to Longoria, the cast also features Jencarlos Canela, Amaury Nolasco, Diana Maria Riva, Jose Moreno Brooks and Alex Meneses.
Chrissy Pietrosh and Jessica Goldstein created the comedy, and executive produce with Longoria, Josh Bycel, Jonathan Fener and Ben Spector. Universal Television and Unbelievable Entertainment produce.
