The CW has given additional episode orders to Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and iZombie. Five episodes will be added to Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's first season while iZombie's second season will be expanded by six episodes - bringing their season totals to 18 and 19 respectively.
Both Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and iZombie are modest performers in the ratings. In Live+7 figures, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's first season is averaging a 0.4 rating in the Adults 18-49 demographic and 1.04 million total viewers. In the same metric, iZombie's second season is averaging a 0.9 rating in A18-49 and 2.06 million total viewers.
These episode orders will make The CW's midseason schedule tight as the network is also planning on launching two new series - Containment and Legends of Tomorrow.
