NBC's THE MYSTERIES OF LAURA
- Disney alum Debby Ryan (The Suite Life on Deck, Jessie) will appear in two episodes of the drama's second season. In a two-part story (airing February 24 and March 2), Ryan will play Lucy Diamond, Laura's (Debra Messing) troublemaking half-sister. Despite a rocky relationship, Laura resolves to help Lucy when she's the prime suspect in a murder case.
WGN AMERICA's SALEM
- Musician Marilyn Manson will guest star on an upcoming episode of the drama's third season. He will play Thomas Dinley, the town's barber and surgeon to whom residents go for anything from a shave and a haircut to being leeched, bled, sliced open or sewn up.
OWN's GREENLEAF
- The cable network has announced a two-night premiere for the new drama series created by Craig Wright - launching on Tuesday, May 24 at 10/9c. and moving to its regular time slot the following night on Wednesday, May 25 at 10/9c. The drama stars Keith David, Lynn Whitfield, Merle Dandridge, Desiree Ross, Kim Hawthorne, Deborah Joy Winans, Lamman Rucker and Tye White. Executive producer Oprah Winfrey will also appear in a recurring role.
NBC's AQUARIUS
- Amanda Brooks has booked a major recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She will play Sharon Tate, a young beautiful model and up-and-coming movie star who is pregnant with her husband Roman Polanski.
NBC's THE NIGHT SHIFT
- Jennifer Beals (Proof, The Chicago Code) has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. She will play Dr. Syd Jennings, an Army major who has worked with the Culture Support Teams in conjunction with Ranger and Special Forces units in addition to her medical duties. She is also near the end of a six-month tour with Dr. Drew Alister (Brendan Fehr).
