CBS' MOM
- The comedy's third season is staging a West Wing reunion, tapping Richard Schiff to guest star in a May episode opposite his former co-star Allison Janney. He will play a "co-worker" of Bonnie's (Janney) when she fantasies about working somewhere else than as a building super.
NETFLIX's GYPSY
- Sam Taylor-Johnson (Fifty Shades of Grey) has signed on to direct and executive producer the first two episodes of the upcoming drama written by Lisa Rubin. Sean Jablonski (Suits, Satisfaction) has also joined the series today and will serve as co-showrunner alongside Rubin.
NETFLIX's 13 REASONS WHY
- Diana Son (American Crime, Blue Bloods) will serve as executive producer and showrunner on the upcoming miniseries based on the best-selling book of the same name.
ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY
- Rita Moreno (Jane the Virgin) and Casey Wilson (Happy Endings) will appear in an upcoming episode of the drama's twelfth episode. In the March 17 episode, Moreno will play Gayle while Wilson will play Courtney Hall. No further details on their characters were announced.
NETFLIX's HOUSE OF CARDS
- Frank Pugliese and Melissa James Gibson have been tapped to serve as co-showrunners on the upcoming fifth season of the hit drama starring Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright. Series creator Beau Willimon departed the series in January 2016 when it the fifth season was announced. Pugliese and Gibson have served as writers on the drama since the start of the third season.
TNT's THE LAST SHIP
- Emerson Brooks (Super 8, Terminator Salvation) has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. He will play Captain Meylan, the highly respected and by-the-book Captain of a U.S. Navy ship that comes into conflict with Chandler (Eric Dane) and his team.
AMC's FEED THE BEAST
- Erin Cummings (Madoff, Astronaut Wives Club) has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring David Schwimmer and Jim Sturgess. She will play Marisa Bruno, a whip-smart defense attorney for Dion Patras (Sturgess).
FREEFORM's SWITCHED AT BIRTH
- Tristin Mays (The Vampire Diaries) has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fifth season. She will play Ally, a college student with unexpected ties to the Kennish/Vasquez family.
