Syfy has given a series order to drama Incorporated. The 13-episode first season of the new drama will premiere on the cable network in Fall 2016.
Set in a near future where corporations have unlimited power, Incorporated centers around Ben Larson (Sean Teale), a young executive who conceals his true identity to infiltrate a very dangerous corporate world to save the woman he loves. But he'll soon learn that he's not the only one whose secrets may have deadly consequences.
In addition to Teale, the drama also stars Eddie Ramos, David Hewlett, Ian Tracey, Dennis Haysbert and Julia Ormond. Georgina Haig played the female lead in the pilot but won't be continuing with the series.
David & Alex Pastor wrote and the directed the pilot. Ted Humphrey will serve as showrunner on the first season, with Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Todd also executive producing. Margaret Chernin is a co-producer. CBS Television Studios, Universal Cable Productions and Peal Street Films will produce.
