- Carl Weathers (Rocky, Colony) has joined the cast of the latest spinoff of the Chicago franchise, it was announced today from the PaleyFest panel honoring executive producer Dick Wolf. He will play the State's Attorney of Cook County in the backdoor pilot, which is set to air as Episode 21 of the current third season of Chicago P.D.
