Amazon's The Tick; CBS' My Time/Your Time; and TNT's Time of Death.
TNT's TIME OF DEATH
- The cable network has given a pilot order to seasonal anthology Time of Death written by Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy. They will executive produce with M. Night Shyamalan, Mark Stern and Stuart Ford. IM Global Television will produce. The project is a season-long horror tale that unfolds in real time - with each episode taking viewers hour-by-hour through a single "long night of hell." Season one will follow a murderous psychopath who returns to his Midwestern hometown during the annual county fair to exact revenge on a community he believes destroyed his life.
AMAZON's THE TICK
- Oscar nominee Jackie Earle Haley (Little Children, Watchmen) will co-star on the comedy pilot starring Peter Serafinowicz. He will play The Terror, a powerful super villain and the leader of the evil league. He is our world's epitome of the criminal mastermind, a hooded ancient villain barking at his minions whose incredible will power and tenacity have powered an underworld syndicate for decades.
CBS' MY TIME/YOUR TIME
- The hybrid comedy pilot starring Nicholas Braun and Jane Levy is making a major change with its characters. The roles set to be played by Utkarsh Ambudkar and Langston Kerman are now being combined into one character, with Tone Bell (Truth Be Told) set to play the new role. Bell will play Wade's (Braun) best friend in Los Angeles. He has been cast as a guest star in the pilot because he is a regular on the NBC comedy pilot Good Fortune (which has him in first position should both comedies be ordered to series).
