MTV has decided not to order any additional episodes of its original comedy series Faking It, it was announced today. The season finale on Tuesday, May 17 will be the comedy's final episode.
Series creator Carter Covington broke the show's cancellation in an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Reporter. That full interview can be read here. He cites poor ratings as the reason for the show coming to an end next week.
The comedy starred Rita Volk, Katie Stevens, Gregg Sulkin, Bailey De Young and Michael Willett.
Across three seasons, Faking It produced 38 episodes.
