AUDIENCE's LOUDERMILK
- Ron Livingston (Boardwalk Empire, Office Space) has been cast in the lead role on the upcoming comedy from Peter Farrelly. He will play Dave Loudermilk, a recovering alcoholic and substance abuse counselor with an extremely bad attitude about everything. He is unapologetically uncensored and has managed to piss off everyone in his life. To Loudermilk, a stranger is just an enemy he hasn't met yet. In his day-to-day life, the only thing he has under control is his drinking.
HULU's THE HANDMAID'S TALE
- Amanda Brugel (Orphan Black, Eyewitness) has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Elisabeth Moss. She will play Rita, the housekeeper to the Waterfords (Joseph Fiennes and Yvonne Strahovski).
NETFLIX's DEAR WHITE PEOPLE
- Newcomer Jemar Michael has landed a recurring role on the upcoming comedy series from Justin Simien. He will play Al, an exuberant, ethnically ambiguous student leader of the Black American Forum - a more radical rival to the Black Student Union.
NETFLIX's SHE'S GOTTA HAVE IT
- Hamilton star Anthony Ramos is the first cast on the upcoming series from Spike Lee. He will play Mars Blackmon, the original b-boy sneakerhead who still wears Jordans but now is a social-media phenomenon. The role was played by Lee in the original film.
NETFLIX's LOST IN SPACE
- Molly Parker (House of Cards, Goliath) is set as the female lead on the upcoming remake of the '60s drama. She will play Maureen Robinson, a fearless and brilliant aerospace engineer who makes the decision to bring her family to space for a chance at a new life on a better world.
NBC's CHICAGO JUSTICE
- Chicago P.D. star Jon Seda is set to transition to the upcoming fourth series in the hit Chicago franchise as a series regular. He plays Antonio Dawson, brother to Chicago Fire's Gaby Dawson (Monica Raymund) and a detective in the Intelligence Unit. He started as recurring in Chicago Fire's first season before segueing to Chicago P.D. as a series regular from the very first episode. Now, the character will transition to the new show and serve as a private investigator for the DA's office. He will be partnered with Lori Nagle (Joelle Carter). It's unclear when his exit on P.D. will occur.
SYFY's THE MAGICIANS
- Christopher Gorham (Covert Affairs, Ugly Betty) has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He will play Senator John Gaines, who discovers he's in possession of unusual abilities.
CINEMAX's OUTCAST
- C. Thomas Howell (Animal Kingdom, Grimm) has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He will play a mysterious figure with a dark agenda who comes to Rome.
