SYFY's 12 MONKEYS
- Hannah Waddingham (Game of Thrones) and Faran Tahir (American Crime) have been cast in recurring roles on the drama's upcoming third season. Waddingham will play Magdalena, a member of an apocalyptic cult charged with protecting the Witness and is both ruthless and expedient in her methods. Tahir will play Mallick, an imposing and devout enforcer of he Army of the 12 Monkeys who resides in Titan.
CMT's SUN RECORDS
- The eight-part limited series (formerly titled Million Dollar Quartet) will premiere on Thursday, February 23 at 10/9c. following a new episode of Nashville. The series stars Chad Michael Murray, Billy Gardell, Drake Milligan, Kevin Fonteyne, Christian Lees, Jonah Lees, Trevor Donovan, Keir O'Donnell, Jennifer Holland, Margaret Anne Florence and Kerry Holliday.
THE CW's RIVERDALE
- Molly Ringwald (Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink) has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama series. She will play Mary Andrews, Archie's (KJ Apa) mother. Having left Riverdale two years ago to follow her dreams, she returns to town in her family's hour of need. She not only reconnects with Archie and her husband, Fred (Luke Perry), but also her former high school gal-pals Hermione and Alice, just in time for a homecoming dance.
CBS ALL ACCESS' STAR TREK: DISCOVERY
- After an extensive casting search, The Walking Dead star Sonequa Martin-Green has been cast in the lead role on the upcoming drama series. She will play a lieutenant commander on the U.S.S. Discovery. She will continue to appear as a series regular on AMC's The Walking Dead where she plays Sasha.
