AMAZON's Z: THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING
- The upcoming drama starring Christina Ricci will drop its entire 10-episode first season on Friday, January 27. The drama also stars David Hoflin, Corey Cott, Jordan Dean, Natalie Knepp, Christina Bennett Lind, Holly Curran and David Strathairn.
CBS ALL ACCESS' THE GOOD FIGHT
- The upcoming spinoff of The Good Wife will premiere on Sunday, February 19 at 8/7c. on CBS. After the premiere, all new episodes will be available weekly on Sundays exclusively for CBS All Access subscribers. The drama stars Christine Baranski, Cush Jumbo, Rose Leslie, Delroy Lindo, Sarah Steele, Paul Guilfoyle, Bernadette Peters, Justin Bartha and Erica Tazel.
HULU's PLEASE LIKE ME
- The online streaming service has picked up the fourth season of the critically acclaimed comedy for distribution in the U.S. The comedy created by and starring Josh Thomas aired its first three seasons on Pivot, which shut down earlier this year. Under the new deal, all six episodes of the new season - as well as the complete series to date - will be available to stream on Hulu early next year. An exact date was not immediately announced.
USA's COLONY
- ER alum Laura Innes has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She will play Karen, whose life has been defined by loss - first those of her husband and son during the invasion and most recently by the loss of her daughter.
STARZ's COUNTERPART
- Mido Hamada (Emerald City) and Kenneth Choi (The People v. O.J. Simpson) have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring J.K. Simmons. Hamada will play Cyrus, an officer in Counterintelligence who serves as Aldrich's (Ulrich Thomsen) right hand man. He values loyalty above all else, but will soon find that loyalty tested. Choi will play Bob Dwyer, a director in strategy within the OI. He serves as the checks and balances for the operatives that work under him.
BET's MADIBA
- The six-hour miniseries starring Laurence Fishburne (Hannibal, black-ish) as Nelson Mandela will air across three consecutive weeks on Wednesday, February 1, 8 and 15 from 9-11pm.
