During the Television Critics Association's winter press tour, Hallmark renewed its original drama series Chesapeake Shores for a second season. Production on the 10 episodes of Season 2 will begin shortly for a premiere in Summer 2017.
The drama stars Meghan Ory, Jesse Metcalfe, Barbara Niven, Laci J. Mailey, Emilie Ullerup, Treat Williams and Diane Ladd.
Dan Paulson developed the series based on the novels by Sherryl Woods. John Tinker serves as showrunner. Paulson, Woods and Tinker executive produce with Nancey Silvers and Martin Wood. A Chesapeake Shores S2 Production and Daniel L. Paulson Entertainment produce.
