ABC's DR. KEN
- Better Call Saul star Jonathan Banks - who also starred in the final season of Community with Ken Jeong - will appear in an upcoming episode of the comedy's second season. He will play Dr. Erwin, the hard-ass professor who oversaw Ken (Jeong) when he was a resident and gave him less-than-stellar evaluations. Now, Dr. Erwin has resurfaced seeking medical treatment, affording Ken the opportunity to redeem himself.
THE CW's SUPERGIRL
- Kevin Sorbo (Hercules: The Legendary Journeys) has booked a recurring role on the drama's second season. He will play a mysterious new villain. All additional details about his character - including when he'll debut and how many episodes he'll appear in - are being kept under wraps.
STARZ's SURVIVOR'S REMORSE
- Isaiah Washington (The 100) and Vanessa Bell Calloway (Shameless) have landed recurring roles on the comedy's upcoming fourth season. Additionally, Neal McDonough (Arrow) will guest star. Washington will play Rodney Barker, the estranged and incarcerated father of Cam (Jessie T. Usher) who is on a journey of forgiveness and redemption as it relates to the sins of his past. Calloway will play Camille Jordan, Missy's (Teyonah Parris) mother, a business executive and DC civil rights activist who wants more for her daughter. McDonough will play Brian Powers, a Bostonian businessman from Cam's old neighborhood.
NBC's LAW & ORDER: TRUE CRIME - THE MENENDEZ BROTHERS
- Emmy winner Edie Falco (The Sopranos, Nurse Jackie, Horace & Pete) has booked her return to television. She will star in the first season of the new season-long anthology series as defense attorney Leslie Abramson. Abramson represented the Menendez brothers through the two trials and claimed they suffered a lifetime of abuse from their parents. Their father was accused of sexual abuse as well as being unusually cruel while their mother was accused of being mentally unstable, and a violent drug and alcohol abuser.
