THE CW's LIFE SENTENCE
- Dylan Walsh (Nip/Tuck, Unforgettable) will co-star on the hourlong comedy pilot starring Lucy Hale. He will play Paul, Stella's (Hale) father, a sturdy and stoic man who loves his wife and golf. He hugs his grandkids more than he ever hugged his kids. An economics professor, he is great at investing, but not great at feelings. He spent most of the past ten years being strong for his family. Now that Stella is cured, he has to face a few extremely unpleasant things that have him gobsmacked.
ABC's RAISED BY WOLVES
- Georgia King (The New Normal, Vice Principals) has been cast in the lead role on the comedy pilot written by Diablo Cody. She will play Sheila, a tough mother struggling to support her five opinionated, eccentric kids on a shoestring budget in a Midwestern town.
ABC's THE GOSPEL OF KEVIN
- Jason Ritter (Parenthood, Another Period) will play the lead role on the dramedy pilot written by Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters. He will play Kevin Flynn, a cluelessly self-serving jerk on a dangerous path to despair. After a failed suicide attempt, he's going home to stay with his widowed twin sister and niece for a time, only to be met with a crisis that presents itself very real in the person Yvette, a warrior for God, whose job is to guide Kevin back to the road of righteousness, and make him understand his mission in this life.
CBS' DISTEFANO
- Chazz Palminteri (Bullets Over Broadway, A Bronx Tale) has booked a series regular role on the comedy pilot starring Chris Distefano. He will play Tony, Chris' (Distefano) dad, a charismatic, flirtatious, devoted grandpa and an ex-bad boy.
FOX's BEHIND ENEMY LINES
- CSI star Marg Helgenberger has joined the cast of the drama pilot based on the film of the same name. She will play Admiral Bobbie Decker, a navy admiral and the most powerful woman in the military. Fierce but fair, she is a straight shooter who will do anything to keep her men and women safe.
CBS' UNTITLED JENNY LUMET PROJECT
- Brad William Henke (Orange Is the New Back, Sneaky Pete) has landed a series regular role on the drama pilot written by Jenny Lumet. He will play Tucker, a military man with paternal instincts.
CBS' THE GET

FOX's THE RESIDENT
- Manish Dayal (Halt and Catch Fire) and Bruce Greenwood (The People v. O.J. Simpson) have been cast as the leads on the drama pilot written by Amy Holden Jones. Dayal will play Devon Pravesh, an idealistic first-year resident at Kings County Hospital. Top of his class at medical school, the type to follow rules, driven and passionate when it comes to medicine, he is a hard-working perfectionist from a working-class background. Greenwood will play Conrad Hawkins, a tough, brilliant senior resident and unpredictable bad boy who pulls the curtain back on all of the good and evil of modern day medicine.
