This afternoon, NBC has renewed its original comedy series Superstore for a third season. The series will return for a 22-episode season in the 2017-18 broadcast season.
The comedy stars America Ferrera, Ben Feldman, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nico Santos, Nichole Bloom and Mark McKinney.
Justin Spitzer created the series. He executive produces with Ruben Fleischer, David Bernad, Gabe Miller and Jonathan Green. Universal Television, Spitzer Holding Company and The District produce.
In its second season so far, the comedy has averaged a 1.8 rating in the key Adults 18-49 demographic in Live+7 numbers.
