THE CW's SUPERGIRL
- After recurring throughout the second season, Katie McGrath has been promoted to series regular for the drama's upcoming third season. She plays Lena Luther, the sister of Lex Luthor who came to National City to get out from under the shadow of her infamous brother. She now runs the family company and has formed a close friendship with Kara (Melissa Benoist).
HULU's DIFFICULT PEOPLE
- John Cho (Star Trek) has booked a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming third season. He will play Todd, an advertising executive who's as much of a dick as Billy (Billy Eichner) and Julie (Julie Klausner) who becomes Billy's first real boyfriend. Billy and Todd connect after neither of them backs down from a prank war. The new season follows the pair as Billy has to navigate "couple" things, having only had Julie as a soulmate previously.
