TNT's Deadlier Than the Male; and USA's Untitled Suits Spinoff.
USA's UNTITLED SUITS SPINOFF
- After months of speculation and development, USA has officially announced that the upcoming Season 7 finale of the hit drama Suits will serve as a backdoor pilot for a spinoff starring Gina Torres. The episode will reunite Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman), Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) with their old friend Jessica Pearson (Torres) as she adjusts to her new life in Chicago. When she is forced to enter the dirty world of Chicago politics, she must rely on her legal wits and valiant relationships from Pearson Specter Litt to navigate this unknown territory. The episode is being written by Aaron Korsh and Daniel Arkin, with Anton Cropper set to direct. They will executive produce with Doug Liman, David Bartis and Gene Klein. Universal Cable Productions and Hypnotic Films produce.

- Chiara Aurelia (Gerald's Game) will co-star on the drama pilot starring Amy Brenneman. She will play Rose Lord, who on the surface is a beautiful, bored teenager with a mean streak. But as the series evolves so do her secrets and her growing toxic/intoxicating friendship with the mysterious stranger in her small town.
