A week ahead of its return for the second half of its second season, OWN has renewed its original drama series Greenleaf for a third season. Furthermore, Rick Fox has been promoted to series regular after recurring heavily in the second season.
The drama returns with new episodes with a two-night premiere on Tuesday, August 15 and Wednesday, August 16 at 10/9c.
The cast includes Keith David, Lynn Whitfield, Merle Dandridge, Desiree Ross, Lamman Rucker, Kim Hawthorne, Deborah Joy Winans, Tye White, Gregory Alan Williams and Lovie Simone.
Craig Wright created the drama. He executive produces with Oprah Winfrey and Clement Virgo. Lionsgate Television and Harpo Films produce.
