HBO's WESTWORLD
- Hiroyuki Sanada (Helix, Extant, The Last Ship) has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He will play Musashi. All additional character details are being kept under wraps.
SHOWTIME's HOMELAND
- Morgan Spector (The Mist) and Mackenzie Astin (The Magicians) have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming seventh season. Spector will play Dante Allen, an old friend of Carrie's (Claire Danes) who is investigating the 200 people detained by the Keane administration following the assassination attempt on the President-elect. Astin will play Bill, Carrie's brother-in-law who recently left a teaching job to work for the Keane administration at the Department of the Treasury.
AMAZON's GOOD OMENS
- Michael McKean, Jack Whitehall and Miranda Richardson will co-star on the upcoming miniseries starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant. McKean will play Sgt. Shadwell, a leader of the witch-finder army. Whitehall will play Newton Pulsifer, an unfulfilled wages clerk-turned-witch hunter. Richardson will play Madame Tracy, the psychic medium and part-time courtesan who provides a helping hand to save the world from Armageddon.
AMAZON's THE ROMANOFFS
- Corey Stoll (The Strain), Andrew Rannells (Girls), Paul Reiser (Red Oaks), Janet Montgomery (Salem), Todd Doyle (Odd Mom Out) and JJ Feild (Turn: Washington's Spies) will appear in the upcoming anthology series created by Matthew Weiner. Like with all previous casting, no details were announced about the characters they will be playing.
