- Louis Gossett Jr., Corbin Bernsen, Andrew Dice Clay, Laura Allen, Sydney Wease and Curtis Harding have been cast in recurring roles on the drama's upcoming third season. Gossett Jr. will play Bacon, a veterinarian-turned-cook at the local diner. Bernsen will play Chief Cantuck, the foul-mouthed, morally ambiguous head of the Grovetown Police department. Clay will play Sonny Knox, the town's politically incorrect radio disc jockey. Allen will play Officer Reynolds, an East Texas cop who hides her bigotry behind her badge. Wease will play Belinda, an ethereal teenage waif, mute since a mysterious abduction. Harding will play blues legend L.C. Soothe and L.C.'s grandson, Bobby Joe, both of whom run afoul of the Klan.
MTV's SCREAM
- A day after the series finale of Teen Wolf, Tyler Posey has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming rebooted third season. He will play Shane, a high school dropout, a drug dealer and party promoter who is always hustling in order to make money. But beneath that exterior, there's more to Shane than anyone realizes.
FOX's EMPIRE
- After recurring in the third season, Rumer Willis has been promoted to series regular for the drama's upcoming fourth season. She plays Tory Ash, a singer/songwriter whose attempt to make a crossover comeback will continue to have major effects on the Lyon family.
SHOWTIME's THE AFFAIR
- Sanaa Lathan (Shots Fired, Love and Basketball) has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fourth season. She will play Jenelle, the principal of the charter school where Noah (Dominic West) now teaches, who intrigues him. She's got a lot to prove to her school's oppositional administration and faculty, who seem to fight her at every turn.
FREEFORM's GROWN-ISH
- Newcomer Abraham D. Juste has booked a recurring role on the upcoming spinoff of Black-ish. He will play Cassius "Cash" Mooney, the top-ranked shooting guard in the nation with a megawatt smile. He is a freshman at California University with Zoey (Yara Shahidi).
THE CW's SUPERGIRL
- Bollywood actress Amy Jackson is set for a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. She will play Imra Ardeen aka Saturn Girl, a kind, smart and strong-willed hero who uses her telekinetic ability to help those in need. She was born on Titan, one of Saturn's moons, and arrives on Earth to help Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) battle one of her biggest threats.
NETFLIX's THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE
- McKenna Grace (Gifted) and Violet McGraw (Ready Player One) have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Michiel Huisman. Like with all previous casting in the series, no details were immediately released about the characters they will be playing.
