FOX's THE GIFTED
- Scream Queens alum Skyler Samuels has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's first season. She will play a refugee mutant with telepathic abilities and a mysterious past.
THE CW's THE ORIGINALS
- Newcomer Aria Shahghasemi will appear in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fifth and final season. He will play Landon, a thoughtful, compassionate and self-aware kid from the wrong side of the tracks who catches Hope's (Danielle Rose Russell) attention when she witnesses him being bullied by his affluent classmates.
HBO's TRUE DETECTIVE
- Carmen Ejogo (Selma, The Girlfriend Experience) will star opposite Mahershala Ali on the upcoming third season of the anthology series. She will play Amelia Reardon, an Arkansas schoolteacher with a connection to two missing children in 1980.
