Netflix has today announced the premiere date for its new original comedy series On My Block from Awkward creator Lauren Iungerich.
The 10-episode first season will drop on the streaming service on Friday, March 16.
Set in a predominantly Hispanic and African American part of South Central LA, On My Block follows a fearless foursome as they enter high school and confront the challenges of adolescence and their neighborhood.
The cast includes Diego Tinoco, Jason Genao, Sierra Capri, Brett Gray, Ronnie Hawk and Jessica Marie Garcia.
Iungerich co-created the series with Eddie Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft.
